Norwegian saxophonist and composer Danielle Dahl and Austrian sound artist Daniel Lercher have been making music together since 2010. Lercher normally plays electronics, but on this record he plays acoustic singing bowls and gongs. Dahl plays alto and sopranino saxophone. Low Morale and High ideals was recorded one morning in May in the Otto Wagner Church in Vienna, a sweet embracing drone of psycoacoustic, overtones and beatings.
